Amazing service from Kraemer Heating, A/C & Plumbing! We called on a Sunday morning with an emergency, and from the very first phone call they were completely transparent about the cost of the weekend service call. There were no hidden fees or surprises, which we really appreciated.Even more impressive, a technician arrived at our home within an hour and a half. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything repaired within about an hour of arriving. Throughout the visit, he was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it.Before leaving, he also performed a thorough review of our furnace, noticed that our air filter needed to be replaced, and explained why changing it was important. He made sure everything was working properly and answered all of our questions. The final bill actually came in lower than we expected, which was a wonderful surprise. We were extremely pleased with both the quality of the service and the fair pricing. Fast, honest, knowledgeable, and thorough service like this is hard to find especially on a Sunday. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Kraemer Heating, A/C & Plumbing!

Nothing but good things to say about Kraemer Plumbling. We called them two hours before we were leaving on a road trip because our water heater relief valve was leaking. They were able to send a tech out to fix it within the hour, leaving us plenty of time before we left. Very grateful and thankful to this provider.

Five stars! I called Kraemer when the fan went out on our A/C unit this week. They came out within a couple hours, replaced our capacitor on the spot and cleaned our coils. This almost doubled its energy efficiency. YAY! I look forward to lower electricity bills!

We hired Kraemer for a new construction project in Burtrum MN. There was a couple complications on the project and Kraemer and Team really met the moment and got it done. They went way above and beyond and we will be happy to work with them again.

The technicians from Kraemer were very knowledgeable and detailed in replacing my very old central A/C unit in my home. They were upfront with the cost and very friendly. They were able to fit us in quite quickly after it played out during a stretch of warm days. I appreciate their communication throughout the process and would highly recommend.

They did a wonderful job fixing our air conditioner. They showed up on the day we called and resolved the issue quickly. The technician was great to work with and had great customer service.

Appreciate the very prompt service… I recommend this company to anyone who needs heating air conditioning service.

Travis was awesome. He showed up 15 minutes after I called. Fixed my ac right away. He did a great job. Friendly and great to talk to. I highly recommend Kraemer Heating and AC.
