Travis was very professional and determined what the problem was with the furnace very quickly. All three. On time, called with eta, got it fixed.

Technician arrived at the time I was told they would. He made short work of diagnosis of the problem and after getting the needed part, the repair was made! Overall length of time for the service call was about an hour….more than satisfactory!

Always available and willing to come out at all hours of the night! When our A/C failed (after some other company supposedly serviced it) Josh came at midnight to check it out. Saved us from a potential house fire due to what had been done by the other company. Josh and his team are fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. We won’t call anyone else!
Kraemer came recommended to me by several Cold Spring residents. Our AC went out over the weekend. I called this morning and spoke with Bon- very professional and easy to work with. Travis came this afternoon right on time and got our AC fixed with no issues and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend these guys!
